Mary and Bryan will be giving a presentation of their forthcoming biography of Mary Wollstonecraft on Thursday 17 September at 6.30pm – 8pm at Dr Johnson's House: doors open at 6pm and the talk starts at 6:30pm; tickets are £27.50.

Ticket includes a welcome drink and a chance to view Dr Johnson's House. Limited capacity — early booking advised.

Lo! An Amazon!

Bryan has just finished the artwork for his 6th graphic novel collaboration with Mary.

In the Age of Revolutions demanding greater liberties for mankind, Mary Wollstonecraft spoke out for the other “one-half of the human race”: that of womankind. In 1792, her manifesto, A Vindication of the Rights of Woman, took the world by storm.

The Interesting Life of Mary Wollstonecraft will be published by SelfMadeHero on 1st October 2026 (UK) and 3rd November (USA).


Sunday, 24 May 2026 update:

Leonora in The Morning Light

The new biopic of Leonora Carrington, the subject of Bryan and Mary's graphic novel Armed With Madness, will be released at the end of this month and will tour Britain. The screenings will be followed by a Q & A with directors Thor Klein and Lena Vurma.

Bryan was commissioned to draw the chapter titles for the film.
